My true passion in life though, is to help my clients overcome health related challenges that we are all faced with on a day to day basis. Through education and exercise I can help my clients realize their goals and visualize the end result
After my personal trials and tribulations with weight loss, I take pride in helping others be their best - mentally and physically. Having reached 200 lbs in University I was increasing my chances of health related illnesses so I prioritized my health through running and weight training.
I have since lost 50 lbs and am close to my goal of running a full 42 km marathon! Following a similar approach, I provided my clients with the motivation and knowledge to successfully carry out their personalized weight training and flexibility programs. Through my experience I am proud to offer my nutrition and wellness guidance.
Over the past 5 years, I have had the unique opportunity to apply my knowledge of the fitness industry alongside the University of Waterloo varsity swim team, Guyanese Red Cross and Georgian College Athletics Departments. My experiences have aided in my understanding and application of sport specific training, injury rehabilitation exercises and health education. I have learned that achieving the health and wellness desired can be a battle between a "push-up" and a "fall down," however I believe that everyone is capable of living a healthier lifestyle. In life, many curve balls are thrown; our goal is to throw them back. Let's begin the quest to be your best!
