Pilates I - Pilates I gains on technique learned in Intro to Pilates with greater focus on improving the flow of basic exercise. You will work on moving from one pose into the next with stability and ease. Previous Pilates experienced is not required. Pilates II - For more challenge, Pilates II will take you through a dynamic full-body workout. With exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups, this is a class that will streamline your body, without adding bulk. Previous Pilates experience is required. Power Pilates - For more challenge, Power Pilates is an invigorating class which will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout. Exercises in this series help to stretch and tone all muscle groups. Power Pilates is a class that will streamline your body without adding bulk. Previous Pilates experience is required. Power Yoga - As the name suggests, this class places a strong and fast demand on one’s awareness, agility and strength. We will walk you into the inner depths of your practice and help you cultivate the strength, alertness and concentration needed to achieve improved vitality. Not recommended for the faint hearted!
