Join any of our 85+ fitness classes each week – the widest variety of classes offered for all fitness levels.  We will challenge you and make your workout fun and invigorating.

Our feature classes designed for both men and women:

  • Boot camp – we bring your outdoor workout indoors with interval training – great for the sports enthusiast
  • Core Conditioning – build your core strength to safeguard against back problems, poor posture and to build strength that you can truly feel – inside and out
  • Strength – everyone needs to build muscle tone, regardless of age and gender.  This is the way to get fit and lean.
  • Pilates and Yoga – you will develop greater strength, flexibility and balance with our program lead by certified instructors
