Announcing our newest program to help you develop a strong, healthy body.
HEALTHY YOU brings a complete program focused towards:
HEALTHY HEARTS – Choose from a variety of our low impact cardio workouts that are fun and get your heart pumping at just the right level – Intro to Cycle, Intro to Zumba, Wave 1 and Healthy Moves
HEALTHY BONES – all adults need to develop more strength and improve their core in order to minimize the impact of aging – try our Intro to Pilates classes or Health Moves
HEALTHY MOVEMENT – incorporate stretching, balance and relaxation as part of a complete workout. In order to truly enjoy the benefits of fitness, your muscles need to be ready. We will teach you how to stretch, how to build flexibility and improve your balance. Try our Intro to Yoga or Healthy Moves classes.
HEALTHY CHOICES – attend special education seminars that answer the questions about lifestyle choices. Learn about how to ward off high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high tri-glycerides by making healthy food choices.
