One on One Personal Training

Lose weight, gain strength and improve your endurance!

One on one personal training is designed to help you achieve your goals quickly and efficiently. Personal training brings you the ability to achieve exceptional results in a short period of time. You will keep your appointments with your trainer because you know that the workout will be the most you can do in the shortest period of time.

We have a variety of trainers to choose from, all of whom will help you lose weight, strengthen and tone. We now have exclusive personal training areas that give you access to a trainer, the right equipment and lots of space during your busy day. New stretching equipment and more free weights have been added most recently.

Group Personal Training

Group personal training is fun and effective. We have scheduled group training classes that can be booked online – register up to 12 hours in advance. Great cost savings when you work in small groups. Each class will take you through a combination of core, strength and balance exercises while keeping your heart rate elevated so that you get it all in one 45 minute session. All classes will give you way more for your money.
